Turnaround time depends on the type of project and the level of detail it requires. Each season in the studio has a unique lineup of projects, and each grouping of projects creates its own rhythm.

If we are fabricating and designing, plan on a 4-12 week turnaround.

If we are painting an existing design on your window or wall, it may be able to happen in 1-4 weeks.

Logos tend to take 6-10 weeks, while smaller digital assets could be as quick as 1-2 weeks.

We occasionally take rushed jobs, depending on availability and for an extra fee.

In short, No.

We retain ownership of everything we design. This means that the client does not have permission to duplicate our designs, even if it’s made custom for them. Each design is subject to these limited use rights unless otherwise specified.

An extra fee is required for the rights to duplicate a design. This is bundled into the cost of a logo.

For signs on glass: dampen a microfibre towel with glass cleaner. Wipe gently parallel to or away from edges of paint. Avoid excessive pressure or moisture.

For wooden or metal signs: clean with damp microfibre towel, and a gentle cleaning product if necessary. Avoid harsh cleaning products with bleach or solvents.
